A boiler and steel specialist built on getting the call right the first time.

Phoenix Boiler Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in 2024 and has grown quickly on the strength of one thing: reliable work, delivered when it is needed.

We strive to supply boiler parts, steam equipment and pressure parts, and we are available 24/7. Alongside boiler work we take on structural projects and any steel work — palisades, carports, gates, maintenance and repairs — as well as the sale of parts and equipment.

We work across plants, factories, farms and commercial sites, and we are equally comfortable on a planned shutdown as we are on an emergency breakdown.

Scope of Work: Correction of Non-Compliant Air Conditioning Installation Units: 3x Avalanche Split Units (Outdoor Condensers) Call-Out Reason: Client reported poor performance and vibration after installation by another contractor. On-site inspection revealed all three outdoor units were installed severely out of level. Findings During Inspection: All 3 condenser units mounted skew / not level - spirit level confirms > - Uneven bracket mounting causing strain on copper piping > - Incorrect pipe routing and untidy electrical isolator placement > - Risk of compressor damage, condensate drainage failure and premature failure > Work Completed: > - Removed and re-mounted all 3x Avalanche outdoor units > - Re-aligned brackets to ensure 100% level - verified with spirit level > - Re-routed refrigeration piping and electrical in neat, compliant trunking > - Secured and tested all isolators and condensate drains > - Full performance test and handover > *Result:* All three units now perfectly level, vibration-free, and installed to manufacturer specifications and SANS standards. Client satisfaction guaranteed.
